I'm posting to announce a period of inactivity, instead of disappearing into the nether as I usually tend to do. I've been extremely busy with school (exams this year, applying for university etcetera) - and I simply can't find the time to play. Let alone troubleshoot, keep my downloads updated and organized, survive patches of doom; all the activities that somehow altogether seems to take up much more time than the actual playing of the game.
Today I tried to patch my game from 1.26 to 1.29 and miserably failed despite numerous tries. At the moment just the idea of having to reinstall everything, just to be able to get some crappy patch to work is rather demoralizing (in-game store advertisements - that's a new low!). I hope to get a new laptop in a couple of months time, hopefully by then I will want to jump back in right away!

Thank you Sandy! I miss you and everyone at TSD too! I've been tempted many times the last few weeks to just reinstall everything, but I really can't afford the time at the moment, I will try to wait until I get my new laptop!

Hello dear, just wondering will you be uploading the full version of Arkham city completed with lots?, i have my eye on this neighborhood for a long time, been stalking and checking for weeks. anyway hope you are enjoying your break.
ReplyDeleteAnon - As I haven't been working on new lots at all, the full version of Arkham won't be available for ages I'm afraid. I do plan on continuing with this neighbourhood when I start playing again, so I will probably upload individual lots then.

ReplyDeleteAnon - Most likely in a few months (May/June-ish), when I've finished all my exams and hopefully have a new laptop, which will run TS3, all EP's and my giant mountain of CC much smoother!
